Review: "Silentium!" - Split between Depicting Abysm, Windbruch, and Gmork

Hypnotic Dirge Records just released a free digital download split album called Silentium!, between three atmospheric black metal bands from Russia: Depicting Abysm, Windbruch, and Gmork.
The split album has 9 tracks, 3 from each band.
Even though the bands are very similar in some aspects, they are all very individual.
First band, Depicting Abysm, is much more aggressive in every way. Their music is very catchy but their vocals is more tortured, more desperate, almost like in pain.
Windbruch brings us three instrumental tracks, all of them very soft, musical, touching, peaceful and heavy at the same time.
Gmork is the most atmospheric band from the three, it's like the balance between the first two bands. Has more ambient sounds, vocals is less aggressive, more quiet and sober. Said that, this is a perfect combination, you could never get bored or anything, you have three different but similar bands to listen, all of them very good really.
And another nice thing is that you can stream the split album for free online!
